Back issues are not new for me. I had to deal with back pain for over 15 years. But I really thought I am making progress. In the last year I’ve been working on my flexibility and my back was feeling much better.
Then I really hurt my back. This was as bad and even worse than what happened 15 years ago. I could hardly walk for 3-4 days and for the last 10 days there was constant pain that made it hard to do anything. I have more understanding of my physiology now and I’ve been working on stretches as much as I can but until I recover, I will have to be very careful with what I do.
