I’ve been trying to get to my ideal weight for some time. Making progress and then bouncing back. Seems easy but there is on thing that prevents me from being successful. The love for food.
Sweet, salty, spicy it doesn’t matter I like it all

I like how things connect. One move leads to the next. As a black belt I know that not everyone see the connection. I know I didn’t. And I’m sure I’m still missing some. But it is amazing when these connections do happen naturally.
I hate being sick.
When I'm sick, while I want to train, my body will not cooperate. I've been sick in the last few days and it has halted my running routine and most of all other training I've been doing.
Can't wait till I'm back on track.
I miss the morning classes. I used to participate and then moved into teaching the early morning classes. Every Tuesday and Thursday. I used to be there at 6 and get at least half hour of training before class.
Since the classes were canceled, I’ve been still training in the mornings but my focus shifted.
Sometimes I miss these morning classes. But life is progressing and so should I. You should always adjust to what life puts in front of you.
What is harder to get? Black belt or white belt?
I guess it depends on how you look at it. For many, it will be white as they never take the first step. For some it will be black as they stop training.
To get your black belt (or get to anything in life) you have to start and then keep on going.
